OpCore Systems license terms

This license covers all OpCore Systems digital products purchased from opcoresystems.com, including individual operations playbooks and the Complete Bundle.

What you may do

  • Download and use the PDFs for your own company (or a single legal entity you control).
  • Share the files with employees, contractors, and internal teams who need them to do their work.
  • Print, store, and adapt the tools for internal processes (for example, pasting a script into your email tool or rebuilding a form in Typeform).
  • Use the materials at multiple sites or locations of the same company.

What you may not do

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the PDFs (or substantial copies of them) as a product, template pack, or paid download.
  • Publish the files publicly (open web, public repo, or public marketplace).
  • Share the purchase with unaffiliated third parties so they can avoid buying their own license.
  • Remove OpCore Systems branding from redistributed copies for external commercial use.
  • Use the materials to offer competing digital products that are primarily a repackaging of this content.

One company, one license

Each purchase is a license for one company. If you are a consultant or agency and want to use the kits with multiple client organizations, each client organization needs its own purchase (or contact us for a multi-client arrangement).

Not professional advice

These products are process tools and templates. They are not legal, tax, accounting, HR, medical, or clinical advice. You are responsible for how you apply them and for obtaining qualified professional advice where required.

Intellectual property

OpCore Systems retains all ownership of the product content. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files as described above. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Delivery and updates

Files are delivered digitally at the time of purchase. You receive the version available on the purchase date. Ongoing update access depends on your checkout provider’s customer library; there is no software subscription.
