OpCore Systems refund policy

OpCore Systems products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase. This refund policy explains when refunds are available for our PDF operations playbooks and Complete Bundle.

Digital delivery

When you complete checkout, the kit or bundle files are made available right away through the payment provider’s download / library system. Because delivery is instant, all sales are generally final.

When we will refund

We will provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The file is defective or will not download after reasonable attempts, and we cannot resolve it, or
  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The product page materially misdescribed what was included.

Contact us with your order email, order ID, and a short description of the problem. We may ask you to confirm the issue (for example, a screenshot of a download error).

When we will not refund

  • You changed your mind after downloading the files.
  • The product was not a fit for your workflow or industry.
  • You already downloaded the files and simply prefer not to use them.
  • Duplicate purchases made in error (we may help with account access; refund is discretionary).

How to request a refund

Email info@opcoresystems.com with:

  • Order email and order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for the request (and any error details)

We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via the checkout provider.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most download or access issues can be fixed directly. Unexplained chargebacks may result in loss of re-download access for that order.
