This policy describes how OpCore Systems (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use opcoresystems.com and when you purchase our digital products. Last updated: July 2026.

Who we are

OpCore Systems sells downloadable PDF operations playbooks (individual kits and a Complete Bundle) from opcoresystems.com. We do not run a membership community or ongoing SaaS login for the product files themselves.

Information we collect

When you browse the website

  • Standard server and security logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages requested, date/time).
  • If we use analytics or SEO tools (such as Google Analytics or Search Console via Rank Math), aggregated or pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and referrers.
  • Cookies or similar technologies required for site operation, caching, or analytics, depending on what is enabled on the site.

When you contact us

  • Your email address and whatever you include in the message (order questions, support, etc.).

When you buy a product

  • Payment and checkout are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record / checkout provider). Card data is handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners—not stored on our WordPress server.
  • We may receive order-related details needed to support you (for example: name, email, product purchased, order ID, and limited billing metadata Lemon Squeezy provides to sellers).
  • Download access is provided through Lemon Squeezy’s customer library / receipt flow.

How we use information

  • To operate and secure the website.
  • To fulfill orders and deliver digital files.
  • To respond to support and refund requests.
  • To understand site performance and search visibility (analytics / Search Console).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for unrelated third-party advertising networks as a core part of this business.

International transfers

Our site and service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you access the site or purchase from outside those countries, your information may be transferred across borders subject to the safeguards those providers use.

Retention

  • Support emails: retained as long as needed to resolve your request and for reasonable business records.
  • Order-related records: retained as needed for support, accounting, and legal requirements.
  • Logs and analytics: retained according to our host/tool defaults or shorter periods we configure.

Security

We use HTTPS on the website and rely on reputable providers for hosting and payment. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small digital-product business.

Your rights

If you use Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal, some download and order data is also controlled through their systems.

Our products are aimed at business and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).
